The band originates from the small seaside town of Enniscrone in County Sligo. The band members are Jean Harnett (Bass Guitar & Vocals) from Enniscrone, Any Keveney (Guitar & Vocals) from Enniscrone, Brian Maughan (Guitar & Vocals) from Enniscrone, Daniel O'Hara (Drummer & Vocals) from Easkey and Derek Shevlin (Lead Guitar) from Enniscrone. Jean is a full-time chef, Amy is a full-time student currently completing her Leaving Certificate, Brian owns a computer business and internet cafe, Daniel is training to be a piolet and Derek is a Deli Manager. The band formed January 2003 and have had a very successful year playing gigs in pubs, for special occasions, birthday parties, Christmas and New Years, Festivals and Charity Functions. The band are well established locally and have played gigs in Ballina, Foxford, Castlebar, Sligo, Easkey and Enniscrone. They have a very busy schedule ahead with a lot of bookings and they are also busy working on their own original songs. The band are currently finishing off material for their first album. |
